Frequent visits to stabilise
Most people start chiropractic care because they are in pain. Relief care is designed to eliminate or reduce the majority of your discomfort and stabilise your initial complaint and health concerns.
Visits are usually regular and frequent for the initial stage of chiropractic care. These visits typically take only 5 to 10 minutes, normally two to three times a week.
Treatment will involve spinal adjustments, these are gentle and specific movements to the spine. There are many different techniques of spinal adjusting to suit your age and specific problem.
Some visits will involve Progress Examinations where we will review your progress. We may also include custom stretching and exercise techniques for your specific condition. These visits may take up to 20 minutes
